By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All sales of original artwork and commissioned pieces are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of these items, no refunds or cancellations will be issued once an order is placed.
Digital products are non-refundable. Because these items are delivered instantly, returns or refunds are not available.
Prints and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This studio is a small, independently run business. While I do not offer blanket refunds, I am committed to fairness and open communication. I reserve the right to assess return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis for situations not covered by this policy.

🎨 Original Paintings & Commissions

All sales of original artwork and commissioned pieces are final. These works are one-of-a-kind and made with great care, and as such, refunds will not be offered under any circumstances.

🖼️ Art Prints & Merchandise

I want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied with your print or merchandise (such as mugs, totes, apparel, etc.), I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrives damaged, please contact me right away with photos so I can make it right.

💻 Digital Downloads

All digital products (e.g. printable art, downloadable files) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned.
