📬 Shipping Information

We ship all orders with care from our studio to your door. Processing times may vary depending on the type of item:

Original Artwork: Ships within 3–7 business days
Art Prints & Products: Made to order and typically ship within 7–10 business days
Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on location and size
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped
International Shipping: Available for select items. Please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer

All items that ship directly from my studio will be sent out by Saturday of the same week the order is placed. If you order on a weekend or holiday, your package will ship by the following Saturday at the latest.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to me! I gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (minus original shipping fees)

Please note:

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned
Damaged or lost items during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund

💥 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly—either through a replacement or refund.

🧾 Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be canceled.
